A superhuman firefighter force is formed to deal with supernatural fire incidents. To solve the mystery and cure the humanity, the Fire Defense Agency, Tokyo Army and The Holy Sol Temple form The Special Fire Force, also nicknamed Blue Stripes.

Maki Oze is a main character of the Fire Force and member of the Special Fire Force Company 8. She has violet hair and kelly green eyes. Shinra is a third generation pyrokinetic who can create and manipulate flames at will. He enrolled in the Special Fire Force so he could achieve his goal of finding and confronting "The White-Clad", an organization that caused the death of his mother and younger brother ten years ago in the Great Disaster. Maki (Character from Attack on Titan) has been through some awful things, and losing her squad to titans was just another one. Even so she kept going. I love this anime/manga series and all the characters are very deep and richly developed. The author really took care to give each one a real identity that makes you connect with them easily.
